Chambers Law Firm - Contingent Fees

If we do not recover for a client there is no charge to the client. Our standard contingent fee charged to clients is 40% of the gross recovery by judgment or settlement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Chambers Law Firm will advance costs on behalf of the client, including court fees, expert fees, court reporting fees, copying fees and other charges necessary to prosecute the case. If we obtain a recovery by verdict or settlement these costs are deducted from the client's share of the recovery.
